Education and career

Eren Gökhan Ak graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Law (LL.B., 2009) and began his legal traineeship at the Ankara Bar Association in 2010. He has been in practice since April 2011.

From 2010 to 2021 he worked at Yıldırım Law Firm, where he advised national and multinational companies in the automotive, construction, retail (shopping centre management) and international construction chemicals sectors on a long-term basis. This work gave him extensive experience in corporate legal operations, risk management, large-scale litigation and commercial dispute resolution.

Mediation and alternative dispute resolution

Eren Gökhan Ak is a registered mediator with the Ministry of Justice Department of Mediation (registration no. 11607). He focuses on resolving disputes quickly and amicably, and on preventive legal work that keeps commercial disagreements from turning into protracted litigation.
