The legal consultancy includes the following services, which shall be undertaken fully or partially:

• To supply legal opinion and informative notes concerning legal problems,
• To prepare and examine the drafts of contracts, supply written or oral consultancy during the signing period of these contracts, and
• To supply a legal opinion on possible consequences of lawsuits.
