Attorney at Law and Mediator Balkan Şencan is the founder and senior associate in the ADYTON Law Office. He was raised in İzmir and obtained his bachelor’s degree from Ankara University Faculty of Law in 2000. He is completing his master’s degree in Civil Law on products liability. Mr. Şencan has been a registered Trademark Attorney since 2012 before the Turkish Trademark and Patent Office. He is also a registered mediator with registry no 18235. He has also acted as an expert in Ankara Consumer Courts between 2011 and 2014. He is fluent in English and intermediate in German.

His practice focuses on complex civil litigation, representation of national and international clients before Turkish public authorities, following up administrative proceedings before ministries and general directorates, legal practice, especially on commercial, corporate law, intellectual property law and product liability lax, legal counselling, drafting and evaluating contracts.
